These last few months have also brought us a sad farewell. We noticed that Abu was gradually fading away, and all the veterinary tests brought back bad news.
We rescued Abu in 2009 but we don’t know most of his past. From his appearance and behaviour, we believe he was an illegal pet, locked up in a space without any stimulation or companionship from others of his kind. Because of this, he had a hard time integrating, but in spite of everything, he was able to enjoy good times with his friend Titin.
We would like to thank the team of caregivers for their excellent work during the last months and the extraordinary care and infinite love they have shown for our beloved Abu. Rest in peace.
