A huge thank you to everyone who came to our 10 year anniversary fundraising event at the Cambridge University Zoology museum and made it a huge success!
We raised nearly £5000 to help our primates in Spain. Our patron Dr. Scott Miller was the perfect host and he also gave a wonderful talk. Our founder Olga Feliu and Professor William McGrew gave fantastic talks and Lynsey de Paul was the perfect auctioneer. We also really appreciate Dr. Jane Goodall DBE’s continued support.
We would also like to thank our sponsor Aspire Recruitment Solutions Ltd, the caterers Inder’s kitchen and Simply Cava and Espelt Viticultors for supplying the drinks. Simply Cava have also said that for every bottle of Cava they sell on-line from Mona supporters in July they will donate a £1 to Mona. Thank you Simply Cava. We also like to thank Benji from My String Theory for doing an excellent job.
We also had many volunteers who helped us on the evening from making cakes to doing the coat checks to helping at the bar. What a team, thank you! We all had a great time and we made many new friends. We are very proud of what we achieved and it was even better to share this with our friends. On behalf of the primates, thank you!!!
